An agile project management turns the ideas and customer requests to a prioritised backlog. A successful software project manager is also capable of projecting the timelines and budgets and constraints to customer and business, that will inevitably need them.
There’s no silver bullet to perfect implementation. Only by selecting the right tools and mastering them will produce good software and solid architecture. The current implementation is always to be critically observed but never overlooked. Every case is different in that regard.
